ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Bernard P. Hagan is a retired real estate developer and general contractor. He was born and raised in San Francisco and continues to reside there. He is a Past President of the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) and he is a lifetime member of the Board of Directors of the California Building Industry Association which is the state chapter of the National Association of Homebuilders. He also serves at present on the Board of Directors of several philanthropic and non-profit associations and he is a veteran of the 11th Airborne Division.
